Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please share admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I"ve been working with the folks at Astra and at Woo Commerce. This is what Astra just said:
While checking your site, with the StoreFront theme, the issue is still there. Here is the screencast for your reference: hidden link. This suggests that the issue is not Astra-specific and something more generic to the Toolset plugin settings itself.
The problem happens no matter what the theme is, but it started happening right after Astra updated the theme, so there is clearly a conflict between Toolset and Astra.
This is Astra's Response: Hello Katie,
Thank you for confirming that — and we completely understand how frustrating it must be to feel like you're being sent back and forth between teams. That's the last thing anyone wants when something critical on their site has stopped working.
That said, the result you've just shared is actually a really important piece of the puzzle. Since the issue persists even with the StoreFront theme active — a completely different theme with no connection to Astra whatsoever — this conclusively rules out Astra as the cause. If it were a theme-related issue, switching themes would have resolved it.
And the other team might have redirected to Astra as it was the active theme at that time.
What this tells us is that the problem lies within the Toolset plugin's configuration or its interaction with WooCommerce Memberships, independently of whichever theme is active. The content cards not being clickable on individual category pages is a behavior that Toolset controls directly through its custom loops and archive templates.
We know it's not ideal to be redirected again, but we'd encourage you to go back to Toolset support with this specific finding — that the issue reproduces with StoreFront as well — as this is concrete evidence that narrows the cause to their plugin. That information should help them investigate more effectively, rather than pointing you elsewhere.
In the meantime, if there's anything else on the Astra side we can help with, we're absolutely here. And if Toolset comes back to you with anything that suggests an Astra interaction, please don't hesitate to loop us back in — we'll be happy to take another look.
Also, as you mentioned, the problem started happening after a recent update, so as a workaround, you may also try rolling back to the previous version or restoring a website backup. It will help the website run as expected until the problem is resolved.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Wehn I checked the archive you are using:
- hidden link
I see you added conditoinal block and you added condition: Post URL from Current Post is empty
See screenshot:
=> hidden link
What if you adjust the condition as post URL is not empty its not displaying the link you added inside the conditional block. Please correct the conditional block conditon and it should display the link.
I tried that and the individual pages no longer show any images. And nothing is clickable. hidden link. I spent time trouble shooting with Astra and they tested numerous options and said that it was a conflict between Toolset and Astra
Please check - As I shared the video with my previous reply - I've moved the link you want to display out of the conditoinal block and now you can see the links:
- hidden link
Fixing that one problem has created a new one. Now when you click on a Training/Education product you get sent to the comments page not the actual page hidden link
I shouldn't have to create new templates. They were all created by the original website designer. A the templates were displaying correctly before the last updates of ToolSet.
I also know they were working a month ago.
So I tried just editing existing ones, that displayed correctly a month ago and a year ago and they have the same problem. In the list of content templates there is one for Education/Training single which is the right one, but what happened to the old one?
