[Resolved] Things aren't working properly in the last few days

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I just noticed that I have some issues with my site.

I currently noticed a problem in the menu and with one of the Toolset templates.

Both work, buy not the same as they used to work a few days ago.

I'm not 100% sure when this started, but I think it might be related to the new Astra updates.

The menu works properly on some pages and doesn't response on other.
The Toolset template works ok for most of the page, but specific items don't show or don't function as they did in the past.

Please advise.

Hi, just wanted to add that I looked at some ToolSet customer templates, and I see even more problems than I thought. Many blocks are not working or not working properly.

That is really strange. Can you please share details about what exactly is not working as well as admin access details and let me review whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
