Hi, I cannot log into this site because I see an error message at /wp-admin/: "Не доступно."
Please try the following troubleshooting steps first:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views, and Blocks. Make sure these 3 plugins are up-to-date.
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem was not resolved, I will have to take a closer look. Please provide updated login credentials in the private reply fields here.
I see a JavaScript error in the console:
blocks.js?ver=0.9.0:19 Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'btoa' on 'Window': The string to be encoded contains characters outside of the Latin1 range.
May I make a clone of your site using the Duplicator plugin? I would like to run some additional tests in my local environment. There could be a bug in Toolset Blocks when using non-Latin characters.
Okay thanks, I can reproduce at least one of these errors when using Russian text content in a Delete Post Link. I'm escalating this to my 2nd tier support team for additional investigation.
Hello, our developers have informed us this issue will be resolved in the next release of Forms, currently slated for Forms 2.6. I will keep you posted here as I find out more about the delivery timeline.
Hi, please find Forms 2.5.6 available for download or automatic update. This update includes a fix for the problem where Russian text is used in a Delete Post Link, so please apply the latest updates of all Toolset plugins and let me know if the problem is not fully resolved.
