there is a bug and I can't create layout

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, I would like to show you some information about getting the best results when using Toolset and Divi together: https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/
We recommend that you deactivate Toolset Layouts when using Divi. The two systems are not well integrated and can cause compatibility problems. We also recommend you deactivate the Bootstrap library, since Divi and Bootstrap are also incompatible. You can disable Bootstrap in Toolset > Settings > General.

On the other hand, if you really want to use Layouts and the features of Bootstrap, please deactivate Divi. Then clear your browser cache and try to create a Layout again. If the problem is not resolved, switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen temporarily and deactivate all plugins except Types, Views and Layouts. Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your other plugins one by one until the problem returns. Let me know what you find out.
