[Resolved] There is a bug

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The customer reported that he can't access the "Customize" screen and gets an error.

Solution:

Informed that the issue where the "Customize" screen shows the error when Toolset and the Elementor plugins are active, is already reported.

A fix for this will be included in the next batch of Toolset plugin updates, and for now, the patch with a fix can be downloaded from:

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Toolset Types.

First, visit your website (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.8.2
Current theme: northstationmedia (version 1.7)
Current plugin: Toolset Types (version 3.4.14)
PHP version 7.4.27

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From your website's debug information, I noticed that the Elementor plugin is active too.

We've recently identified and escalated this issue where the "Customize" screen shows the error when Toolset and the Elementor plugins are active.

A fix for this will be included in the next batch of Toolset plugin updates, and for now, you'll find the patch and instructions to fix this at:
https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-error-on-customizer-page-after-updating-to-elementor-3-5/

I hope this helps and please let me know in case the issue persists, even after applying the patch.

regards,
Waqar
