[Resolved] There has been a critical error on this website

This support ticket is created 3 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I can add admin and sftp to this correspondence, however I am not clear whether or not it is a public post.

The only way I can add credentials to the provided area is if I have a 'Duplicator' backup. Which I do not use. But will setup if necessary. Thank You.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This is a known issue to us and its compatibility issue between the MemberPress Downloads plugin and the Access plugin's “Access Control” settings screen is already reported to the compatibility team.

Here is the related ticket that is reported before:

The issue is already fixed and the fix will be publish with the next Toolset Access hotfix release. Please hold on for further update. I'll inform you here when the next Toolset Access plugin version will be released.

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
