Hello,

I suspect to see the theme options on my content templates. See screenshot taken from another website (where this is available). I use the Genesis Framework and the Corporate Pro childtheme on this project and the theme options are not available here. Used this childtheme before without this issue.

What could be wrong?

Thnx!
Martijn

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - theme options should be visible when you use one of the recommended themes.

More info:
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/

Do you mean that you are using the same theme on different install where you can see the theme options but not with another install where you are using the same theme?

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Correct. I use the same theme on other installations where the theme options are visible, but not on this one. I have submitted the debug info

Well - this is really strange.

I need to check on your install why theme options not showing.

Can you please share both sites access details where I can see the theme options as well as the site where the theme options not working.

Please share one direct content template link where I can see the theme options.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - the access details you shared with me is not working at this end.

Could you please send me working wp-admin access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

In addition to this, could you please share access details where the theme options works.
