The7 Theme Options are not available when Views is enabled

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have now two completely fresh setups where The7 Theme Options are not available after activating Views Plugin. See Screenshot.

Deactivating Toolset Views makes the Options available again.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience here. I suspect you're running into this known issue with Visual Composer page builders:
https://toolset.com/errata/betheme-options-page-is-not-working-when-views-2-5-0-is-activated/

Please find a patch file at the link above and apply it to your Views plugin as a temporary fix. The next version of Views will include the permanent fix for this issue.

Hi, the latest version of Views is now available for download. Please update and let us know if you continue to experience issues with the Theme Options page.
