I had someone I hired through Toolset to create the module for me to use on several sites and it has been working great. However on this site, it doesn't look right. Please look at the page I'm talking about: hidden link
I've attached an image of how it should look on another site.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

I noticed that your website is not loading any Bootstrap styles, which are needed to show the content in the Bootstrap grid.
( e.g. use of class "col-sm-4" ).

Please go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Settings and from the "General" tab, select "Toolset should load Bootstrap 3.0" for "Bootstrap loading" option.

Once these styles are included, the grid/columns classes will show correctly.
