Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to edit the CPTs previously added to our site using Toolset Types (done by a previous developer). We added the latest version of the plugin, but the Toolset top-level admin menu item is not displaying. I added the downloaded plugin to another dev site of mine to test, and the Toolset menu item showed, so there is specifically an issue with this particular site.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link. We can send the screenshots or give the login information privately if you want to view the admin.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Are both these websites using the same plugins, theme, and code customizations (if any)? Are you able to access the Toolset sections, for example, the post type management screen, through the direct URL?
( {yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf-cpt )

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details of the website with the missing menu option.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for your response. {yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf-cpt worked for me, it just isn't showing in the admin.

Are you able to send me the url where I can edit post fields for a cpt? I just need to access that page.

Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this update.

This is the URL for the Toolset custom fields management section:
{yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=types-custom-fields

Let me know if you need further assistance.
