see screenshot , strange visibility. can you help ? thanks.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
Looks like the CSS styles from a third-party plugin or active theme are conflicting with the Toolset's admin area dashboard styles.
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please ensure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can add the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details in reply to this message, for further investigation.
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing the access details.
During troubleshooting, I noticed that one of the CSS files needed by the Toolset in the admin area is not getting loaded on the website. This results in missing styles and a broken layout.
( missing file: /wp-content/plugins/types/public/css/information.css )
I've checked a number of Elementor and theme settings, but couldn't find any link that could affect the loading of this file.
Have you tested this without the non-Toolset plugins and the default WordPress theme? If the issue remains the same with only Toolset plugins and the default WordPress theme, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, to investigate this on a different server.
thank you. I tried a default theme and no effort. Sure, you are allowed to cone it for troubleshooting. thanks again.
Thank you for the permission.
During troubleshooting on the website's clone, I noticed that the issue with missing CSS styles is fixed when the "Deep Core Pro" plugin is deactivated.
I couldn't find any setting in that plugin which could explain why it is blocking some of the admin area CSS style files from Toolset.
I'll recommend sharing these findings with their official support team so that they can investigate this matter further. If they have any questions related to how Toolset loads its CSS resources, please let us know.
I just want to thank you for you great support and the solution. You can close the ticket.
(I deinstalled everything from deep (webnus) now . This was not the only problem i found, so this plugins do not meet the WP regularies well, i suppse now and in future.)
Thanks for the update and glad I could help.
I'm going to mark this ticket as resolved and you're welcome to start a new ticket for each new question or concern.
