I create tab cell in the post. I have two problems.
1.The tab cell can't click every tab with iphone. Please see 1.gif.

I can see some JS errors in my Chrome browser console window, see screenshot JS-errors.JPG.
Since jQuery UI tab depends on Javascripts, I suggest you fix those JS errors first, for example:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
