I am trying to use the builder in the backend but it is not visible on a new article and also in older articles created with the builder in the past.

What layouts you wnat to edit? It seems you need to drag the panel a bit down and save your page.

Can you please share poblem URL and admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

It does not seems to due to Toolset but with the WordPress update that shows the custom fields within the panel.

Can you please get in touch with your Enfold theme author as when I switch to the default theme 2025 - the page does shows as expected:
