I am trying to: export types and views

I expected to see: imported successfully

Instead, I got: Unable to open zip file

I tried to open the zip file on my desktop I can see the xml file in the zip directory listing but when i try and extract it I get the file is corrupt error.
I tried multiple times to download the file and always corrupt. both sites are using 2.2.16

Hi Karl,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind sending me that export file so that I can have a look ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane
How do I send you the file?

One Thing I just noticed the CRC in file appears to be wrong as it is zero for both files even though a size is stated for both settings.php and settings.xml

Hi Karl,

It seems something that something is wrong with the export file as you mentioned.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the website so that i can have a further look.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Karl,

I too suspect some configuration issue with the server. I would suggest getting the server admins to check this for you because the its not zipping the items correctly which results in it not being extractable.

I was not able to extract the xml file that should be in the zip.

Thanks,
Shane
