I am trying to: allow admins to add a youtube video to a post with the embedded media field and not show related videos at the end.

I expected:

When adding the youtube url link to the embedded media field i expected to be able to append ?rel=0 to the end to prevent youtube from loading related videos, as per youtubes instructions.

Instead, I got: an error upon trying to save the post, stating that the url isn't valid.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - based on debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Types plugin. We always recommend to run site with latest stable Toolset plugins.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update all Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version. You can download it from:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

now, regarding your issue, is the field is created using Types plugin? As When I tested this on my local test site with Embedded Media field, it allow me to add following:

hidden link

Actually - the URL for embed you are using is wrong as you must have check mark the checkbox setting to validate the URL from your custom field.
