The distance filter isn't working....

This support ticket is created 5 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Display a list or results that are within a certain radius of distance... from the user's computer location to the address stored in an "address" field in a custom post type.

I expected to see:
I expect to get filtered results - the ones that fell withing a distance of where I am.

Instead, I got:
All records are always returned.

Chat is only available during the week and only when you create a ticket, not later.

I had a look at this and saw that for example [toolset-maps-distance-value origin_source='visitor_location' postmeta='wpcf-address' unit='mi'] does not display anything on the site.
However, even creating a new View, I cannot make this work.
It always displays all results, as if the query would not apply.

It works however locally and on online sites I tested.

This must hence be a conflict with another Plugin, Theme, Server or any setting used.

Can you try disabling all Plugins but Toolset to see if that works, and as well try another Theme?
