The Custom Fields Group page is not loading

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

It is now working 🙂
The problem may have been caused by the fact that I was trying it in a staging environment (where updates are then pushed to live), or it may be that one of the plugins that is no longer installed on caused the conflict. I had deactivated the likely ones that could have caused a problem when I was first testing, as you suggested, but maybe that wasn't enough to clear the conflict. Anyway, it now works, so I can test out the features. Thanks for your help.
