Hello, after updating to the latest versions of the Toolset plugins I'm not able to see the same problem on my site, so something else must be going on. Can you try these troubleshooting steps?
- The newest versions of Types and Blocks were released yesterday. Types 3.4 and Blocks 1.3 are now available for automatic update or to download from https://toolset.com/account/downloads. Your site debug information says you were running older versions when you collected the debug information, so I'm not clear if you are running the latest versions or not. Please be sure your Toolset plugins are all up-to-date.
- It seems like a stylesheet could be the source of the problem. Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page to force a stylesheet reload.
- Try try deactivating all plugins except Types and Blocks, and activating the default Twenty Twenty theme. If you need to activate a Maintenance Mode plugin that's fine. Test again.
- If the problem was resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one testing each time until the problem returns.
- If the problem was not resolved, I'll need to take a closer look.
Unfortunately I'm not able to log in using the credentials you provided. I tried the link you provided but I'm redirected to a WordPress.com login screen. When I to login using the email address you provided, I get an invalid User error. Am I doing something wrong? If not, can you check those credentials and provide the new ones? I'll be glad to run these troubleshooting steps for you if you'd prefer, once I can log in successfully. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
I'd love it to be resolved before Sunday. I can't make edits to my site because of this issue. Shane, you were able to resolve this issue the day before yesterday for another individual.
I sent a follow-up reply on Sunday in a private message so maybe you didn't see it here in the forum? I will restate what I said before in a public post this time and ask for your input again:
p*****t.com should take you to the right page. I think it took you to the wordpress sign in for it.
Yes, that is correct. I was redirected to the WordPress login page to log in. I tried to log in using the information you provided and I received an error that this user does not exist. I am attaching a full screenshot here for you to review, showing the page URL and the login information you provided, along with the error message I am shown. Please tell me how to fix the login error so I can continue investigating the problem.
Shane, you were able to resolve this issue the day before yesterday for another individual.
The other individual resolved the ticket on their own without providing the login information to Shane, so we're not sure what steps they took to solve the problem. The problem either fixed itself, or the other User found a different way to solve the problem.
Have you tried clicking one of the other icons next to the "Text Alignment" text, like the mobile or tablet icon instead of the desktop icon? What happens if you click one of them, then click the desktop icon again?
In the forum, you can see the screenshot I mentioned in the private message dated September 20, 2020 at 4:31 pm. There is login information included, so I did not make the post or screenshot public for your security. You may need to click the private message header to twirl open the message contents in the forum, since the post is private.
I apologize this is taking so long to resolve, I was under the impression you received the follow-up message on Sunday during my working hours.
Okay thank you, I was able to log in using this URL. I see quite a few JavaScript errors on the page so I'm leaning towards this being a conflict between Toolset and some other system, but I'm not clear yet which one. With your permission, I would like to temporarily deactivate some plugins and activate a default theme to see if I can narrow down the issue. Things may look strange on the front-end of the site momentarily while I turn things on and off to isolate the problem. Please let me know if you approve and I'll get started.
It will have to be during our off hours. I will attempt to isolate this evening. If I can't, then I will post a "site down for maintenance" in the morning, at which point i'd love for you to work on it! Can I get back to you on it?
