The auto-update worked so I manually downloaded the late version from the Toolset website and override the current version.
1. The same problem preventing the auto-update still occurs - as you can see in the attached image, I have the latest ver. installed but under the "Current" column is states older versions.
2. Following the update (+update of another plugin) I had a problem with one type of page which is based on a Toolset Post type template.
At the moment, I'm unable to edit that template so I tried duplicating it with no success. It's simply stack.
I've deleted the template and try to add a new one for that post type and it simply won't work. After a long wait, I'm getting a 503 error.
If required, I'll be happy to share an admin account and more details about the specific posts and templates.
I've added a second image of the Toolset dashboard. It might help you guys somehow. The yellow highlighted one is the one I have problems with.
Hi,
Tried what you suggested but it doesn't work.
Looks like a specific problem with that post type.
I wasn't able to edit your Template (Template for Tours 1). When I tried adding a new template:
* When I chose the 'Tours' post type I'm unable to save the template. It just stating 'Updating' status. When I closed the browser tab, that new template was on the templates list, but when I try to edit it I'm getting the 503 error.
* When I choose another post type (I choose 'Traveling Technologies") it saved without any problems and able to easily edit it.
I've reactivated the plugins for now. Please advise what else might be the problem.
The error in your case might be more than what appears on my local host.
Can you check the server logs for any errors related to your site in particular toolset or any timeout errors ?
Given that the template works on my end even when assigned to the Tour custom post type. To see exactly what is happening on your end I would need for you to check the server logs.
If you're unsure of how to check them then I would advise getting in touch with the hosting company for them to provide the errors for today and yesterday since that should be the latest ones.
Should there be no errors in the PHP logs, ask them to check the MYSQL logs as well.
