Hi Mai,

Thank you for getting in touch.

There has been another set of updates for our Toolset plugins. Can you go ahead and update to these versions as well and checking if the issue is still there?

If it is can you do a quick compatibility test by temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and then check again ?

Once you've done this please let me know the results.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Mai,

Do you have a backup of the site before you updated the plugins ?

The reason is that I see that you have an older version of Views on your site and when I activate it the issue still remains.

I would like to have a version of the site when everything was working fine and then perform the update to see what happens.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,
How do I create what you need: "a version of the site that is working fine"?

I have a meeting with my boss tomorrow where he has to see the site - can i just change back to previous versions of the plugins and make everything look like before? So that i am ready for the meeting?

The site is making a backup once a day so yes i have backups.

Hi Mai,

Yes this is what I mean.

Revert the site to the previous versions of the plugins before the update so that I can grab a copy.

On the copy I will perform an update to see what happens in the process.

Please let me know once you've done this so that I can get a copy of the site.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Mai,

If you can recall which version of our Blocks plugin you had on your site you can download it from the link below.
https://toolset.com/download/toolset-blocks/#changelog

To overwrite the plugins you can use the link below to guide you on how to do this.

Unfortunately i'm not sure of which version of our Toolset plugins you had installed previously.

Were there any other plugins that were updated in the process? Also are the results the same with the non-toolset plugins disabled ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

No the issue only happens with the toolset plugins activated and there was no problem before the update obviously.

I don't know how to recall what versions i had, but i update the site pretty often so it has been 2 months MAX since i last updated the plugins. Maybe just 1 month - if there were any updates at that time.

Hi Shane,

according to your changelog it has to be at least version 1.3.2 that i had installed. I also think i had version 1.3.3 but i am not sure.

You have the admin login so if you can help in any way i would really appreciate that. It is only the toolset templates that are affected. (the camps) The rest of the site is OK.

Hi Mai,

My shift had closed. I can have a look at the site now.

Please let me know if it is safe for me to log in to check further on the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Mai,

What seems to be causing the issue is this css on your content template

.wp-block-toolset-blocks-container.alignfull {
max-width: 100vw;
width: 100vw;
position: relative;
left: 50%;
right: 50%;
margin-left: -50vw;
margin-right: -50vw;
}

Remove the Left and Right 50% attribute.

This should restore your template to normal.

Thanks,
Shane
