I am trying to: Create a view slider based on Taxonomy

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link This is a scaled down version of the desired view.

I expected to see: All filtered taxonomy terms displaying

Instead, I got: Only seeing first three. Slider then moves on but no more slides appear, not even the first three.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I was able to see the issue, however I see that you have quite a number of plugins installed.

Could you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Also could you ensure that your Toolset Blocks plugin is update to the latest version and then let me know what happens?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Disabling all the plugins has a tendency to cripple the site. I put the site into maintenance mode and disabled the likeliest candidates (caching plugins, any kind of js stuff, recent additions) but without success. The blocks plugin is up to date. Also if the WooCommerce Views plugin is installed it breaks my product pages (but that's probably a story for another day.

Best wishes,
Lal

Hi Lal,

Would you mind if I grabbed a copy of the site for testing this here locally?

Or if you have a staging site setup where I can debug by disabling the plugins and changing the theme etc you can allow me to have access to that.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes, please feel free to do that.

Sorry, I should have a staging site but haven't.

Best wishes,
Lal

Hi Lal,

I was able to get this to work on the test site i setup after disabling all the non-toolset plugins and changing to a default theme.

However I did reactivate the theme and it was still working, so I suspect that its a plugin that is causing the issue.

So it is definitely some conflict. Could you disable all the non-toolset plugins except woocommerce since that is where the taxonomies are being generated from.

Thanks,
Shane
