Disabling all the plugins has a tendency to cripple the site. I put the site into maintenance mode and disabled the likeliest candidates (caching plugins, any kind of js stuff, recent additions) but without success. The blocks plugin is up to date. Also if the WooCommerce Views plugin is installed it breaks my product pages (but that's probably a story for another day.
I was able to get this to work on the test site i setup after disabling all the non-toolset plugins and changing to a default theme.
However I did reactivate the theme and it was still working, so I suspect that its a plugin that is causing the issue.
So it is definitely some conflict. Could you disable all the non-toolset plugins except woocommerce since that is where the taxonomies are being generated from.
