Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Do you mean when you try to filter the result using the taxonomy filter you added to your view, the result do not get filtered? If yes:

Can you please share access details so I can check how you setup your view?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Minesh is on vacation for a couple of days. If you don't mind, I'll continue with you on this thread.

It seems that the issue is caused by the fact that the page is built using Divi Editor. Check for example the new page(private) that I have created without the Divi Builder and used the same content template on it, the filters work as expected there hidden link

I also noticed that the issue appears in the /verzeichnis/ only if the search is AJAXified. If you disable AJAX search on the view and added a search button(submit button) to the view's filters, it works as expected.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
