Hi there,

I created a taxonomy group called "property features" for my CPT "Estates" and it was working well and today when I was adding a new post I noticed that the taxonomies simple are not being displayed (screenshot) on the Post's Page and I have no clue why this is happening. I looked up this issue in the forum and documentation, but haven't find an answer for my problem. Here's what I've found so far

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/taxonomy-view-not-showing-on-ctp-archive/
https://toolset.com/errata/the-loop-content-template-of-a-taxonomy-view-placed-inside-a-wordpress-archive-returns-nothing/

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Taxonomies displayed on the post's page

Instead, I got:
No taxonomies displayed.

Hi Sintia,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I tried to log into the site to check on this for you but i wasn't able to log in.

Could you check the credentials on your end and let me know if you're able to log in with them?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thank you for writting back!

Sorry, that's because my hosting blocks requests to login wordpress in browsers that don't have a few languages installed. The languages are: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Euskera.
It is not necessary to enable them all, or that they are in main use, simply that there is at least oneof them installed. Just make sure that, when you finish adding the language, erase the cache and cookies and restart the program. This way you should be able to enter the web in a normal way.

Hi Sintia,

What i'm getting is that the password is incorrect. See Screenshot

Not sure what you mean by this here below.
Just make sure that, when you finish adding the language, erase the cache and cookies and restart the program.

Could you clarify this one for me.
Thanks,
Shane

I'm sorry about that. You can now try to log in again, it should work. You can use same user and password.

Only if you get something like "PETICIÓN INCORRECTA" (See screenshot), then you have to set one of the languages I mentioned before on your browser.

Hi Shane,

Thank you for writting back.

This is the Elementor Template I'm using for the posts

The one you're trying to edit is in Spanish, which is not the main language used. The main language is English.

Regards,

Sintia

Hi Sintia,

Thank you for the link.

I took a look at this for you and the issue was that the view was deleted. I found the view that this page was calling in the trash.

Once I restored it the taxonomies started showing up again.

Could you check and let me know if everything is ok with this now ?

Thanks,
Shane
