The styling of my site is all over the place!

Please can you tell me when this will be fixed? I have been waiting for ages!

Hi Louis,

I'm not able to check whether the issue has been brought to our development team because i'm not seeing where you sent the original ticket for the issue.

I need this in order to check on the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Louis,

So I was able to trace down the escalated ticket related to this issue.

The problem has been reported to the divi developers by our compatibility team. Actually its because the problem is not unique to our plugins but rather divi will break with any AJAX pagination.

So since it is reported to the divi team, the internal ticket for this issue wouldn't be fixed on our side.

Thanks,
Shane

Is there any way this can be fixed without going to the divi developers?

Hi Louis,

Unfortunately no, the only the information we have on this document here below
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/known-issues-between-divi-and-toolset/#designing-both-the-page-and-the-view-with-divi

Since this is a divi issue with AJAX searches and pagination then it would need to be resolved by the divi dev team.

Thanks,
Shane

This is a massive problem. It is making the website look a mess! Is there anything you can do? We went for this plugin as it says you support divi... Please could you get an update from divi as we will need to know if to continue with toolset when it come to renewal.

Hi Louis,

Thank you for getting touch.

What you might end up having to is to manually use the html in the content template like this.

<div class="et_pb_section et_pb_section_12 et_clickable et_section_regular et_pb_section_sticky">

					<div id="list-view" class="et_pb_with_border et_pb_row et_pb_row_7 et_pb_equal_columns et_pb_gutters3 et-last-child">
				<div class="et_pb_column et_pb_column_2_5 et_pb_column_12 vertical-align  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et_pb_row_sticky">

				<div class="et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_5 et_pb_image_sticky">

				<span class="et_pb_image_wrap "><img src="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>"></span>
			</div>
			</div> <!-- .et_pb_column --><div class="et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_5 et_pb_column_13 vertical-align  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et-last-child">

				<div class="et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_11 et_pb_bg_layout_light  et_pb_text_align_left">

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><h2>Little Fingers (3-5)</h2>
</div>
			</div> <!-- .et_pb_text --><div class="et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_12 et_pb_bg_layout_light  et_pb_text_align_left">

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p style="padding: 0;"><strong>Domain:&nbsp;</strong>Number & Place Value&nbsp;>&nbsp;Number&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p style="padding: 0;"><strong>Type:</strong> Input/Output</p>
<p style="padding: 0;"><strong>Theme:</strong> More and Less</p>
</div>
			</div> <!-- .et_pb_text --><div class="et_pb_button_module_wrapper et_pb_button_5_wrapper et_pb_button_alignment_right et_pb_module ">
				<a class="et_pb_button et_pb_button_5 et_pb_bg_layout_light" href="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>">View Song Page</a>
			</div>
			</div> <!-- .et_pb_column -->

			</div> <!-- .et_pb_row -->

			</div>

Then just replace the areas with the appropriate shortcodes. It seems that divi is breaking whenever the listing is over a certain amount.

Thanks,
Shane
