Strange behaviour with Maps

This support ticket is created 2 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, I use an address field and have entered Google Maps API Key.

When I edit a custom post, and enter an address, it works OK, and shows me the map, with a marker. But if I view this post in frontend, the Map doesn't show the address, just 0,0 coordinates.

And also if I try to insert a map in block editor, I can't change the properties. It shows This blog has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

Hello,

It seems to be a compatibility issue with your theme "Maresmeevents", I have tried these in your website:
1) Dashboard-> Divi-> Theme Options-> General, disable option "Enqueue Google Maps Script"
It enqueues Google map JS file without API key

2) Edit the content template "Content template for Ubicacions", find and select Toolset Map block, choose the marker source from your custom address field
3) Test it in frontend, for example:

It works fine.

Hi,
yes, Maresmeevents theme is a Divi Child, so the problem was with Divi, and option "Enqueue Google Maps Script". Now it works, than you for your help!
