Hi guys,

last week we had the issue in the WYSIWYG editor in Types 3.4.13. The issues should be solved in 3.4.14, however i still have the same problem. I cleared server and browser cache but the issue persist. This is not only in the chosen website (for this issue).
When downgrading to .12 the issue is fixed immediately.

I provided creds, the issue can be found on /test-page/

Can you please assist?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Have you tried deleting the existing plugin and then upload Types 3.4.14?

Hi Minesh,
Thanks for helping me. I'm not sure if i can follow you.
- There was an issue in 13.
- I manually downgraded it to 12 (via FTP).
- Than at one point 14 was available and i updated (from WP panel). The issue is not solved.
Now, do you want me to remove 14 (from WP panel) and than reupload 14 again?
Thanks!
Marc

Yes - because I do see no other user complain that the issue is not fixed.

Also, I see you are using the classic editor plugin, can you please disable that for a moment and check if that help you to identify the cause?

Ok, and just to be sure. When i deactivate and delete types. I wont be losing any information that is stored in the database like post types, field groups, relations or content?

That is correct - it will not delete any data from database.
