I am trying to: Use the Divi Builder in a content template

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/cant-access-content-template-in-divi-builder-content-doesnt-display/

Shane helps the content to display, but I can't edit the content with Divi. When I try to edit the custom content template which shows the Divi Builder as being used, there is a blue button to "Edit with Divi Builder". However, when I click on the button nothing happens. The page is submitted and refreshes, but the same page with the blue button to edit shows. The only thing that might be different is that this site was recently moved from one domain to a new one as there was a domain change. I don't know if that could be an issue since everything else seems to work, but I need to be able to edit the template with the Divi Builder.

Hi Jeff,

Can you provide me with admin access to the site once more ?

The previous credentials were removed given that the ticket was marked as resolved. I've enabled the private fields once more.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for the credentials. I was able to confirm that this issue occurs as well on a fresh site. Checking on our system, we have a similar issue with the Avada Fusion builder.

I've added your ticket to the issue tracker as well. Currently there isn't any workaround for this at the moment but you can have a look at this errata page in the link below to see when this is resolved or if any workarounds are found.

I will also update you with any new information.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jeff,

This should now be resolved in the hotfix that was released today so you can go ahead and update your plugins.

If you're not prompted to update yet in wp-admin, you may need to go to Plugins > Add New and click the Commercial tab. Then scroll down to the Toolset installer and click "Check for updates".

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane
