We're using your Toolset child theme on multiple sites with Toolset.

Two weeks ago the updates break the link to the child theme - so no CSS set is the child theme is pulling through.
Has anyone else reported this? Can you help us debug this?

We've have to roll back multiple sites as we have live client site and another site on the verge of going live.
I've attached a screengrab of what the site looks like once updated.

I'm giving you access to our staging site that we were hoping to launch this week but can't because of this bug.
Please do whatever it takes to get this site working with the the child theme displaying properly.

Then we need you to help us with the next site which has the same problem - except this site is live.

Thanks for your support.

Just an update on this:

What is happening is that all the content of our child theme is being deleted when we update. So when we open style.css all the content is gone. You're not going to be able to do anything with the site in it's current state.

So I'm rolling back the site to a few days ago.
Then we'll need you to investigate why the updates are deleting all our work in the child theme. This will mean I'll have to give you a new WordPress login but it would still be useful to know if anyone else has reported this.

Thanks,

Guy

Dear Guy,

There isn't similar report recently, and you just need to update the parent theme "Toolset Starter", it won't break/delete the child theme files.

Please update this thread if you still need more assistance. thanks
