[Resolved] Standalone Google maps

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user wanted to know if our Toolset Maps can operate as a standalone plugin.

Solution:
Unfortunately not. It is meant to be used with our Types plugin with the Address custom field.

For a standalone Maps plugin you can use the one below.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I wish to make Google maps standalone - I mean, I wish to use Toolset for creating Google maps, and make is accessible from specific page URL in full screen mode.
Is that possible, and how?

Thank you very much!

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Sinisa,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Not sure about the full screen mode or standalone but you can specify the size of your map.

The purpose of our maps plugin is for allowing to display the address of a post on a map.

For a full screen map i would recommend that you look into a plugin like the one below.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi there, sorry to jump in, Amit here I am the Toolset support manager,

Could I also ask you an unrelated question?

We have just begun trialing offering chat support. When you created this thread you should have seen the option to chat immediately with support or to submit the thread as normal, and it seems like you chose to submit as normal.

Do you have any comments?

Hello,
I didn't know there is an option for chat support, but next time I will think about that.
Thank you very much.

Kindest regards,

Sinisa S.
