Issue #1 solved - Disregard. Only #2
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - could you please share more info where exactly for which field group the title is not get saved?
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Ok - Yes, I checked on your install and I can confirm that on your install the RFG title is not get saved.
Then, I tested with my test site with a minimum set of plugins (only Toolset plugins active + default theme) and strange thing is that I could not able to reproduce the issue on my test install.
In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? Do you see any difference?
Beside Tooolset we are not running any plugins and the theme activated is Oceanwp (recommended by you). But I deactivated jetpack and askimet and switched to Twenty Seventeen with no positive results. Thanks
This is really strange.
I need duplicator package of your site to debug this issue further.
Could you please send me the duplicator package of your site.

This is really strange - I disabled all plugins on your site and its still not working and there is no evidence of any error on browser console or so.

Is that Ok, If I can create duplicator copy of your site and download it?
Well - I do not see another issue for which you uploaded the image: I see edit post page loaded just fine:

Well - what if you try to test with brand new WordPress install with WP version 5.0.1? Do you see the same issue? Please check once and I will try to download your site using duplicator from this end.
This one. (image uploaded).
I'll try with a clean install with 5.0.
Could you please share the direct link of that problematic page for which you shared the screenshot?

I split the separate issue about the z-index problem with the nested RFGs into its own thread and have dealt with it there.
