Since the emails weren't received, I thought accounts weren't created. I have seen, accounts are created as of now. Now about the emails? Emails are not received upon creation of accounts. I did backup my website. Go ahead and do whatever is necessary.

If you can not get the email, it could be a mail server problem, you might need to change another email address, or try another web server.
I haven't received email. If it was mail server problem then-nominee emails too wouldn't work right. Nominee emails are working. Only this signup email isn't working.
This was the same issue we got and you solved it with an update stating that it was a bug. Kindly check.
As you can see though the account has been created, there is no email sent that provides username and password.
