Hi Alex,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with a similar view and settings but the sorting feature works as expected. This suggests that something specific to your website is involved here.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need a clone/snapshot of the website so that it can be investigated on a different server.

Please let me know how it goes and I'm setting your next reply as private.

Thank you for sharing the admin access and the duplicator package.

I noticed that in the view "STP Utenti (Lista)", the custom search setting is set to "Full page refresh when visitors click on the search button" option.

If your goal is to make the sorting controls work, whenever any sorting option is changed, then you'll need to change the custom search setting to "AJAX results update when visitors change any filter values" option.

I've tested this option and the sorting seems to work as expected with that.
