I am trying to: Get my sorting dropdown working on my listing category page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (example)

I expected to see: Order of the listings changing when I select a different sorting in the dropdown menu

Instead, I got: Nothing change when I choose a different sorting.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To make sure the sorting controls work when any sorting selection is changed, the "AJAX results update when visitors change any filter values" option will need to be selected in the view's "Custom Search Settings" settings.

Here is a guide on the topic:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/allowing-visitors-to-sort-the-front-end-results/#customizing-how-results-are-updated

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you! Actually, the Custom Search Settings section wasn't visible at first. I had to go in screen options to get this section. Now that make more sens 🙂

Thank you for your help!
