[Resolved] Some of the plugins cannot be activated.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user gets errors when activating some of our plugins or he can't activate them at all.

Solution:

Could you delete the plugins that wont activate and try installing them manually by downloading the zip file from below and installing them through the backend.

https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Its quite possible that when you were using the download tool that your server cut the connection, so the plugin download was incomplete.

I expected to see:

Instead, I got:
- the error message as shown in the attached image.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Could you delete the plugins that wont activate and try installing them manually by downloading the zip file from below and installing them through the backend.

Its quite possible that when you were using the download tool that your server cut the connection, so the plugin download was incomplete.

Also if you have our Toolset views plugin then you won't need the Toolset blocks plugin as they are essentially the same plugins.

Thanks,
Shane
