i am seeing conflict with this plugins : social warfare +pro . its on my staging site.
the error can be seen at .../wp-admin/post.php?post=2040&action=edit
1. edit post tab: unable to select other layout
Selected template Layout: Detail View
Edit this layout :button not working too
2. at the sam edit page. under tab : social warfare custom options : the image upload function is missing , you can compare this working view with "wp core pages" /wp-admin/post.php?post=5548&action=edit
i beleive these are jquery issue. its stated here too : hidden link
jQuery is being called more than once on the page.
I have tried the database dump file you provided in post
Since I don't have a copy of "social warfare +pro" plugin, I have tested the free version, download from: https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-warfare/ https://toolset.com/forums/topic/php-fatal-error-uncaught-error-types-application-controllers-m2m-php52/
And follow the steps you mentioned above, edit the post ID 2040, in section "Template Layout", it is assigned to layout "Landed House Detail View ", click button "Edit this layout", and it works fine, it redirect me to the layout page without any problem, and I can not find the layout "Detail View" in your database dump file.
Do you need the screenshot?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
