[Resolved] Slider does not advance new slide

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Display the slider on the home page of the website.
I got: no moving slider. only the first image shows.

Solution:

It needs to disable option "Disable the wrapping DIV around the View" in the post view, the wrapping DIV tags is required when there is AJAX pagination(Sliders) and Ajax search form.

I am trying to: display the slider on the home page of the website

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the slider move

Instead, I got: no moving slider. only the first image shows.

Currently, the theme is using Genesis with a child theme, but you can see the same slideshow displayed here hidden link and it doesn't work either. On this test site I'm using the default twentyseventeen theme and all plugins other than Toolset deactivated.

I've made a full backup of the site. Any help is greatly appreciated. Backup includes database and all files.

Hello,

I assume we are talking about the post view "Home Page Slider" in your website:
hidden link

I have done below modification in your website:
Edit above post view, in section "Loop Editor", disable option "Disable the wrapping DIV around the View", it will conduct the problem as you mentioned above.

The wrapping DIV tags is required when there is AJAX pagination(Sliders) and Ajax search form.

Please test again, check if it is fixed. thanks
