with condtion (slider leaving big empty gap).jpg

PROBLEM 1
==========
I am trying to setup a view containing both 'posts' and custom post type 'realisaties'.
The view shows:
- Post title with a link
- IF post type = 'posts' THEN show featured image
- IF post type = 'realisaties' THEN show slider 'foto' image repeating field

Whenever I set these conditions, the content inside the condition doesn't show on the frontend. Instead, a big empty gap is displayed.
I added an extra paragraph in the conditions the check if the condition is setup correctly. This paragraph displays correctly below the big gap.

I thought of setting up this view using shortcodes instead, but I prefer using the Toolset Slider block instead.

PROBLEM 2
==========
How can I control the height of the slider? There's no control in the block editor, and I'm not sure how to CSS this with the generated output.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Lets take your issue one by one.

PROBLEM 1
==>
I see you added the first condition using the conditional block to check if the post type is post. The thing is that you have added the single quotes with the post type value 'post' as you can see with the following screenshot: hidden link

Can you please remove the single quotes and just add the post as value (without any quotes) and save your view and check if that help you to see the expected results.

Hi. Thanks for the suggestion. I fixed the quote issue. But the problem remains with this view.
Note that the conditional block contains both a slider and a paragraph. The paragraph shows just fine.

I managed to fix it by creating a shortcode based view with a block editor based content template. In this view, the slider works just fine.

I'm still curious to what's causing the issue though.

Yes - I can confirm the issue with you add the slider block to block the view and I also confirm that it works when you create a classic view and design view's template using block editor in that case it works.

Please allow me to report this issue in front of our Devs and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the update.
Can't test it right now (I went for the classic view instead), but great to hear it's fixed!
