I expected to see:

Instead, I got:

You can watch the footage here:

I couldn't upload it because of the size limitation.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

You'll find the option to select the "Transition Effect" in the view block's pagination settings, as shown in the attached screenshot.

For horizontal scrolling effect, you can select "Slide horizontally", in that option.

regards,
Waqar

Hello Waqar,

I already did that before opening this ticket.
It doesn't slide horizontally... you can see it in the gif I've sent.

Also, I've added a screenshot of the slider settings.

Thanks.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and pagination settings seem correct.

During testing on my website, I couldn't reproduce this behavior, which suggests that something specific to your website is involved.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message? I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

Thank you for sharing these details.

During testing on my server, I was able to reproduce this behavior and the "Slide horizontally" effect acts as "fade", if the website is in an RTL (right-to-left) language.

Thank you for bringing this forward and I've passed on these findings with the concerned team for further review.

I'm afraid, I don't have any quick fix or workaround to share at the moment, but, I'll keep you updated on the progress, through this ticket.
