Good day.
I have several problems with displaying custom post types in Views (created with Blocks) and their filters.
This view is installed on my website
hidden link
and is supposed to show posts of the user-defined post type "Parking spaces" on a map and in the output in a user-defined archive ("List of parking spaces").
The page with the view loads extremely slowly (unreasonably slow !!!).
I ask for help in solving the problems.
Kind regards
Site speed depends on many factors, so it's best to try to run some baseline tests to see how a View performs in a best-case scenario. If you'd like to run these tests that's fine, or if you would prefer I run these tests and report the results I can do that too. I would need login credentials and permission to turn off other plugins temporarily and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty during testing. Here are the steps to take:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views (or Blocks) and Maps
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty
- Temporarily deactivate any custom code in Toolset > Settings > Custom Code
- Submit the URL of the page containing this View to run a speed test at https://www.webpagetest.org/ and report the test results URL here for me to review.
This will provide a baseline that shows the View performance with minimal influence from the theme and other plugins. Based on those results, we can determine next steps for optimizing the View.
If you'd like for me to run those tests, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here. Otherwise, please provide the test results URL here for me to review.
Hello,
I continued to work on the problems over the weekend. Even changing the right filter category (now additional filters) to a user-defined field with multiple options did not bring any improvement in terms of the loading time of the page.
Kind regards
I assume we are talking about the same problem of your another thread:

Please follow up above thread, and provide the debug information.
