[Resolved] Site key not working

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

i follow installation instructions added my webiste to the dashboard and used the key to register toolset, but it says the key is not right. Can you please help me?

Thank you for getting in touch.

The issue here seems to be because of the version of Types that you are using. In order to register your plugins you will need to perform a manual update of Types so that it can have the latest installer.

You can download the latest version of Types from the link below.

Also please follow the instructions below in order to manually update the plugin.
