[Resolved] Site key issues

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The site key is not working.

Solution:

- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings.
- Scroll down and click the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting ." link.
- Click the link in Installer Support section.
- If it shows any red or error message please make sure that your hosting service provider or any sort of firewall they use, whitelist the domains below:

https://toolset.com/
https://api.toolset.com/

Hello,

The site key for my client's website is not being recognized on the server for some reason. I have updated the current URL to hidden link recently.

When I try updating the plugins, the following error is displayed: Update Failed: undefined.

Could you advise why this is occurring?

Hi there,

Would you please follow the steps below?

- Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister" link to unregister Toolset.
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

See if the re-registration process fixes the issue?

I followed these steps, and have updated Toolset Blocks and Types, but the communication error is still being displayed on my site.

Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates > Theme and Plugins compatibility with Toolset Dynamic Sources
and click the update button there?

If the message is still there, please follow the steps below:

- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings.
- Scroll down and click the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting ." link.
- Click the link in Installer Support section.
- If it shows any red or error message please make sure that your hosting service provider or any sort of firewall they use, whitelist the domains below:
