Hello,

I am receiving the following message again. The key is valid and showing correctly on Toolset.com. Not sure what is buggered up on your end.

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com

Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Hi there,

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

What I will check is the Toolset > Settings > Debug Information communication messages to see if there is something that throws error or not.

Thank you for the debug information. I checked and nothing I can see that might cause the issue other than some drop-in cache plugins that you have.

Now for testing, I suggest that we move your website to our server and see if the same issue is happening there or not.

Before that, I can check the live website if you want. I will not touch anything just will check some options.
