I had to delete and re-install my WordPress site. I'm unable to use the same Site Key, and when I updated the Site Key on your website, I'm still unable to use it. What the next step?

To make sure that the site key works, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. From the Toolset's sites management page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ), delete the existing key.
2. Next, please generate a new one, making sure to use the same address that is used in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )
3. Lastly, please go to your website WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and register with this new key.
If the new key still doesn't register successfully, see if any errors or warnings are recorded in the Toolset installer support page at:
{yourwebsite.com}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support
Note: you'll replace {yourwebsite.com} with your actual website's address.
