Site is not showing text in articles - only title

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Publish articles - like always - with content

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:

Article with content

Instead, I got:

Page like you see when you open the links pasted above.

Hi Jen,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I tried to take a look at this one for you but i'm getting an invalid username for the credentials that you've provided.

However based on looking on the pages it would appear that your posts are assigned to an empty content template.

Can you go to one of your post and on the right hand side you will see the content template that is assigned. Under that you should see a button to edit the content template.

Can you edit the content template and then send me a screenshot of the content template?
