Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have a custom Post Type: SFS Produkte, it has many Taxonomies with Subtaxonomies like:

Maintaxonomy = Show Subtaxonomy
– Subtaxonomy = Show Subtaxonomy
––Subtaxonomy = Show Subtaxonomy
–––Subtaxonomy = Show Posts
2nd Maintaxonomy= Show Subtaxonomy
- Subtaxonomy = Show Posts
- Subtaxonomy = Show Subtaxonomy
–– Subtaxonomy = Sho Posts
and so on…

I am using a Genesis Child Theme with Dambuster Plugin & Elementor Pagebuilder » but this is not needed for the archive pages…

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Like the Settings in WooCommerce: Show Subcategories on Shop Page

What is the link to your site?
sfs-safety.de – but is in development and not public, but i can give you access…

Is there a template i can import and customize (the right custom Post type Name)? Would be great and any help appreciated!

Thank you for contacting Toolset Support. This is not possible using Toolset. You can only create a WordPress Archive View for a taxonomy or archive, but that will be applied on all levels of Taxonomy terms (parent and child both).

This would need to be done using Custom coding and we cannot consult on custom code as this is out of support policy (https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/).
