[Resolved] Show customer User Fields in the user's WP profile page

This support ticket is created 3 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to show custom User Fields in the user's WP profile page on the backend.

I've already assigned the right user permissions (ie admin, author, contributor).

None of the user fields I've created show up on the WP users profile page.

Is this possible?

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, I have tried it in a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine.

See below test site:
Login URL: hidden link
Custom user group:
hidden link

Profile page:
hidden link

I can see the custom user field "test sl 1" correctly.

Please check below in your website:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2022, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme
