Settings page is blank + error in console

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello guys,
I'm trying to access the toolset settings page. When i visit it i get a blank page. There is an error in console that can be founded in the attachment. I updated all plugins and WP to the latest version and i checked while disabling all plugins.
I've made a duplicator backup that i can share.

Hi Marc,

Thank you for waiting.

I was able to successfully deploy the clone of your website on my server.

But without making any changes, the Toolset settings page is accessible and there are no errors or warnings in the console.

This suggests that the issue is limited to your website's installation or server. I'll recommend to clear all involved caches and optimizations from the server and/or CDN (if in use).

Hi Waqar,
thanks for pointing me in this direction. Will see what goes wrong on the server. Will let you know if problems keep occuring.
