Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have "Clinics & Locations" post type and a repeating field group in that post type of "Phone numbers".
I created a view for the Phone numbers called "Clinics and Locations Phone Group", and I'm trying to get the phone numbers
to display in the modal when you click on a location here - hidden link

This is my Phone number filed group:

This is my my list view that contains the H4 taxonomy header and the single location view to display the modal:

This is the locations single location view that contains the markup for the modal:

I was able to get the phone number displaying in the modal previously, but I inadvertently changed the query filter thinking I was editing a different view and now the phone numbers don't display in the modal.

I have also created another view to display in a site page and to be filtered by taxonomy and I'm not able to get the phone numbers to display there either. I'm using the same phone number group view as mentioned previously.

This is the front end:

This is a list to the view I'm using to display the location on Primary Care New:

I'm not sure if I need to create another Phone Group view that's separate from the one I used previously, or if I'm just not setting up the query filters correctly.

I need the phone numbers to display in each location and in each modal.

I'm not sure if I'm going about this entirely the wrong way, so any insight would be appreciated.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I'm trying to recreate the following static pages:

I have created a "toolsetdev" user and can send the password when needed.

Thanks!

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried to log in to your website's admin area, using the username and password that you shared, but unfortunately, that didn't work.

Can you please check the password again, so that I can log in and see how that view is set up?

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Andrew,

Unfortunately, this new password is also not working and I'm getting this message:

Some web hosts like WP Engine enable extra security layers to access the admin area. Can you please check if that is the case with your website too.

Please make sure that the username and the password, both, are correct and in case sharing the admin access for this live website is difficult for some reason, you can also alternatively share a clone/backup of your website with us:

Note: your next reply will also be private.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for sharing the admin credentials again and I'm now logged in to the website.

I'm checking the view on your website and will test the same on my own website.

Will update you with my findings shortly and thank you for your patience.

Waqar

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for waiting.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that the correct slug of the view "Clinics & Locations Phone Group" was not being used in the other view "Clinics & Locations Single Location" which is why the phone numbers were not showing on the page:

( screenshot: hidden link )

I've replaced "clinicis-locations-phone-group" with the correct slug "clinics-locations-phone-group" and the phone numbers are showing now.

Note: The other view "Clinics & Locations - Location by Type Post View" was already calling the correct slug for that view, so the phone numbers were showing on the other page:

Some observations:

1. In your view "Clinics & Locations Single Location", you just need to show the "Clinics and Locations" posts, so the "Phone Numbers Group" should not be selected.

2. Similarly, in view "Clinics & Locations Phone Group", you just need to show the "Phone Numbers Group" posts, so the "Clinics and Locations" posts, shouldn't be selected.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar
