Tell us what you are trying to do?
Opening splash screen will determine location using geotargetingwp.com, user has the opportunity to fix or choose a different location. Once submitted the content of the site reflects their location. As they browses the site I need to be able to maintain the location data on other pages of the site.

I also have a dropdown that let's the users switch locations, if they are not in the correct state/city or just curious

2 things I need help with;
1. maintaining the location state as the user browses
2. How to use the geolocation data to populate the state and city dropdown on the splash screen and what to do if there are no auto geolocated results for the user.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
toolset, google etc
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not that I have seen
What is the link to your site?

Don't worry about the password stuff, that is just to keep crawlers off the staging site.

Hello,

There isn't such kind of feature within Toolset plugins, but Toolset search form supports URL parameter, for example:
hidden link
This will be able to set the select field "State" default value as "AR"

So you might consider custom codes, for example, get the state value from "geotargetingwp" plugin, then set it to the URL parameter "wpv-wpcf-state1" value.
