[Resolved] Server Shutdown

This support ticket is created 2 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Not a specific page visiting the website then site is down. You can see below link for error log . I checked in error log.

The thing is that I will require steps to reproduce the issue.

Can you please deactivate the user group you created one by one and try to find out what custom user field is causing this issue.

What if you downgrade to Types 3.4.12 - do you see the issue?
